Welcome to RISE Bootcamps where we provide an enjoyable, community-oriented bootcamp experience supported by the best fitness tracking technology and a whole lot of fun!


Our bootcamp sessions are thoughtfully crafted to drive you towards your fitness goals.

All our memberships include full access to all 3 Bootcamps and 1 Personal Coaching session each month. We offer a blend of full-body workouts nutritional support and guidance via our very cool member app and Personal Coaching.


Our Torquay venues are located at:

The Richard Newton Hall in Teignmouth with sessions running Monday @ 18:00!

Preston Green with sessions running Mondays & Thursdays @ 9:15 - 10:15am

Every membership includes a Personal Coaching session every month.

Simply use our app to book your first call. A Coaching session is a 30 minute One2One delivered over zoom.

During the session we will take a deep dive into your nutrition & exercise routine to help build a plan that works just for you and your goals.

Each call provides an opportunity to assess your progress and make necessary adjustments, ensuring consistent progress towards your goals month after month!
